Are you bored of seeing me wearing my The Kooples shorts yet? I hope not, as I just adore them and they are definitely my go to piece of clothing when I haven't a clue what to wear. I teamed them with a navy shirt and my favourite little plum bag to compliment the tones of my new vintage shoes, I still can't believe that I managed to find such a beautiful pair of shoes for such a bargain price! Today I also wore my new perfume for the first time, which I bought using a Debenhams voucher I was recently gifted with at a press event. I'm not really one to wear perfume, but recently I've been thinking about developing my personal style by finding a fragrance which fits into it, so after a few trips to Debenhams to sample various perfumes, I decided that Dior Hypnotic Poison Eau Sensuelle was perfect for me. It's musky, deep and warm with hints of vanilla - exactly what I was looking for in a fragrance. I've been wearing the perfume for over eight hours now, and it's hardly faded which is just lovely. I'm so very happy with my purchase. What's your signature perfume? And how do you think I styled my vintage shoes? Love, Jazzabelle.
Lovely outfit - I always think that navy and plum are a really good, warm combination, and they match your shoes perfectly! My signature perfume is Chanel Coco Mademoiselle - it's a warm, soft scent - not too sweet and not too strong which is perfect for me. Like yours it lasts for ages too which is good, though it's not overpowering like some women's perfumes are, so much so that when you get close to them you start to choke on the high concentration of chemicals in the air! Like the shoes with the litte socks too - vintage but still modern.

Love the styling of the shoes. I'll never get bored of those shorts! My signature scent is also Dior, it's Addict and I've been wearing it for years. It's very deep and distinctive and I get a lot of compliments on it, and after all these years I can still smell it, so it's perfect :) xx
ReplyDeletei really like the black shirt, is it a mens one? the collar sits really well. hm dunno if i have a signature but i mostly wear paul smith man. makes me feel more manly than i probably am
ReplyDeleteThe shoes are gorgeous! I really love the way you've styled them and the plum bag really pops. I wish my signature scent was Dior! My first perfume love has to be Dior pure poison, but it's too heavy for me to wear during the day :( Dior do have some gorgeous scents though
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the tones in this outfit! My signature fragrance is definitely Chloe by Chloe, it's beautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteMaria xxx
The top photo is fantastic Jaz - you're mum is damn good at photography! I've worn Marc Jacobs' Daisy for years now. I don't think I could change.
ReplyDeleteStill searching for that PERFECT scent, I wear Clarins eau de Gardins (??) or something like that but its too musky for me... I'm a light, fresh kinda gal :)
ReplyDeleteYou're looking lovely, you work the buttoned up shirt look so well! Very jealous of your ability to pull it off
It would be mine
Dior Poison bottles are amazing
I love your outfits! I have been reading your blog for a couple of months now, and I find your posts so inspiring and pure in a way, because you always give it that personal touch. I guess that makes you special! My signature perfume is ChloƩ Signature - I simply adore it. It's sweet but fresh at the same time, very light and you smell like you just stepped right out of a hot bath.
ReplyDeleteAh Jazmine you gorgeous thing - I adore your hair bow, and I'm very jealous of your lovely long legs!

My go-to evening perfume is Versace Pink Crystal. It's sexy and you only need the tiniest squirt as it's quite potent so it lasts ages. I call it my pulling perfume :P My go-to day scent has to be either Next Just Pink or Per Una. All my perfumes are pink! Maybe you should collect by colours? My friend was saying the other day all hers are blue!

Super chic as always. You are so good at thrifting for sure.
ReplyDeleteI love Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel for everyday and a bottle of No. 5 I got for my birthday is reserved for special events only! I love the new Givenchy perfume though, so may have to pick some up soon. I usually am just attracted to pretty bottles though!

The shorts look fantastic as always. And I do love the way you've styled those shoes too; when I saw that you had bought them I was looking forward to seeing what you would do with them. They look great with this bag.
ReplyDeleteI would love to know where these charity shops are that you're going to! The ones near me definitely don't offer such prizes as the pieces you find!
And I went to the V&A yesterday to see three fantastic exhibitions (the japanese fashion one, I recommend) - I looked out for you, but didn't see you there though!

Lovely, lovely combination - it makes the shoes really stand out. And I know what you mean about favorite shorts. It's so easy, (especially in this mixed weather) to feel as though you're still making a concession to summer while also keeping warm with tights!
ReplyDeleteoh jazmine, you are SO pretty! i've always loved perfumes, so i have a quite a few. my current favourite is the chloƩ perfume, but one of my most prized possessions is the coco mademoiselle scent by chanel. vanilla smells lovely, so i'm sure yours is the perfect choice xxx
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit! Hypnotic Poison is my favourite perfume. I think it's quite sophisticated and complex, and I'm not a fan of citrussy perfumes.
ReplyDeleteOooh ! love the outfit! You are so beautiful!
ReplyDeletethe plum and navy compliment each other so well. Lovely outfit:) x
ReplyDeleteYou are just too gorgeous girly! I always wear Daisy Marc Jacobs and people are always saying things like 'why does that girl smell like you?' so I guess it works!

ReplyDeleteI think you've worn those gorgeous shoes rather nicely. I love how chic you look especially with the addition of the bag. Good going!
ReplyDeleteI don't often wear any fragrance. Once in a while though, I'll Snick into my sister's room an use some of her Marc Jacobs Lola. I also like the smell of Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Timeless.
Jazz, your outfit is amazing and I love those bargainous shoes. Love that you finally bought the perfume, you've been after that for ages! Even the colours on the bottle are very you :)
ReplyDeleteFlawless, as usual.
ReplyDeleteMy signature perfume is Nina Ricci's Nina. I've been looking for another to change for a while but I haven't found one as good. Maybe I'll try Dior's Hypnotic Poison!
