As the title of this post says, I'm just writing to say thank-you to you all, especially my regular readers and commenters. I've been rather neglectful towards you and my blog over the last week or so, but things are starting to look up for me so I should be back on track soon! I also wanted to let you know that I have come across some of my street style photographs from my last day at London Fashion Week! The website I've been featured on is Because Magazine, you can view the little bit they wrote about me here, plus you'll be able to see how the 'Cinemascope' effect I use on my blog photographs changes the feel and quality of the original images. I've also been featured on a lovely website called ModCloth, under the blog post of 'Inspirational Outfits from International Style Bloggers'. Once again, thank-you, I never would have thought that any of this would have happened to me since I started my blog. My personality, style and dare I say it life has changed so much since March. Do you also feel that you have changed since you started blogging? Love, Jazzabelle.

You are ever so beautiful and wonderful! I love absoluty everything that you post and I know how you feel as i've been feeling a bit low over the past few days, but hopefully things will look up soon. Keep being you as you are just lovely as you are. (:
ReplyDeleteLots of love, Lizzi xx
I love your blog and style, it's no wonder your blog has lead to good things! And I don't think I've been blogging long enough or have enough followers for it to affect my life, but I think my style has progressed
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing dress! You look absolutely lovely. I swear, I want to go to the UK just to trawl your charity shops -- you get better stuff there than we do (in S.A.) at boutiques!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo and well, well done on the magazine features! I know exactly what you mean about how your life has changed. Before starting my blog I never could have imagined how many opportunities it would open up and quite the importance the fashion industry places on blogging. I still feel that I am a very small fish in a very big pond, but blogging has definitely given me much more confidence in my writing, my personal style and generally posting and wearing whatever the hell I want without feeling embarrassed! I absolutely love your blog and your clothes so congrats, you really deserve it. X

do i feel i have changed, hmm well i have had mine for about 3 years so i would yes a heck of a lot. hard to pin point what but i know my writing has come on and mellowed. think i was quite stiff at first. i'm much more confident too, just in general, even though i don't really post loads of pics.
ReplyDeleteyou deserve the hypes anywho.
Your outfit is super great, this dress is just amazing and I love the shoes too !
ReplyDeleteSee u !
I love your outfit, you've posted it before yes?
ReplyDeleteI think my fashion sense is changing since reading fashion blogs. I feel a pull towards more personal style than no style or over styled.
Have a great weekend, Bonnie
I don't comment much, but I always watch your blog, cause I think you have a great & original style. You totally deserve the features :)
ReplyDeleteDon’t worry about the map at all, it was only if you stumbled across it, so please don’t feel bad! I have haven’t got the Tale Of Peter Rabbit movie edition, it sounds very intriguing, you know Peter Rabbit is my number one obsession at the moment. It’s so kind of you; please don’t think you have to send me something. I will definitely be sending you something in return of course.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is constantly an inspiration to me and that tie dress has always been one of my favourites of yours. Even though I always say how much I love tie-dye, it’s been the first summer I haven’t done any tie-dye this year. It’s impossible to do it in winter months, the cold water and drying time is just rubbish. xx
I think that dress is the loveliest thing you own, it's beautiful and individual and I'm sure you always get noticed and complimneted whenever you wear it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think bloggings changed me but it's certainly increased my circle of friends. xxx
wow the dyed dress looks great on you.
ReplyDeletewhat a sweet post, i really enjoy your blog and the number of followers just goes to show im not alone in that! congratulations on all the features and keep postinggg :D xx
ReplyDeleteFantastic bag! I wish I could thrift something so cool...
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I think has changed since I started my blog is my written english, it's improved a little bit, just what I wanted! Hehe It so great that you've been featured in all those sites, you really deserve it! xxx
ReplyDeletelove this dress, very different to your usual style but i like it x
ReplyDeleteJazzabelle, you look absolutely beautiful! I love to see 'cheap' clothes being worn as a million dollar dress and this is how you're sporting that three pound tiedye dress! No wonder you made it so far! I'm so happy for you- congratulations! keep up the amazing work, you're doing on your blog!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on having been featured in so many cool places, Jazmine! And I think people should only make posts when they feel like it, what's the point of posting forced pics or articles? ;-)
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to come here and see what you've been up to.
By the way, I'm so not popular in the blogging world, but even still, I feel my life has changed ever since I started it. I met super cool people and it's a great way to express myself. I'm very bad at telling people how I feel and my blog is a way to channel those feelings =).
Hope you're having a great weekend! =D
Miki.
Aw you look lovely and obviously lots of street photographers thought so too. That maxi really is the perfect find!
ReplyDeleteI think blogging has to be one of the best things I've done because I adore meeting like minded people!
Yay! You deserve it Jazmine. And don't worry about your blog, have fun with it!

You need not be so surprised missy, you definitely deserve it! Did the Sartorialist snap ever pop up anywhere? I still can't believe that, what an honour! My blog has made me (believe it or not) more organised! I definitely take a lot more inspiration from street style than I used to as well jazzy ♥

ReplyDeleteWow, it must feel so great to have people post about you (: You deserve it all and more! I do feel like I've changed since blogging but I've also become quite complacent lately so I'd like to get stuck back into it.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you got coverage with this look! I like the vintage style feel to this photo.. Still love those brogues a lot!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree, I've definitely changed since I started blogging - I've become more aware than ever of my own style, improved my writing and photography skills and become a lot more PR aware.
