My mum and I picked up this lovely vintage inspired Typhoon clock recently at our local charity shop for £4.99, which was quite a bargain as these clocks are usually priced around £20. The gorgeous colours of clotted cream and blue go perfectly with our kitchen, which we are slowly filling up with Spray Flowers china from Cath Kidston and other floral, candy coloured bits and bobs. I instantly think of Cornwall when I look at this clock, I want to go to St Ives so badly, it seems like a wonderful place. Have any of you been before?
it looks great, and what a bargain too!
ReplyDeletecornwall is beautiful.. i think might've been to st ives when i was a lot younger, but i'd definately want to go again soon so hopefully next summer :)
thank you for the comment on my last post by the way! xxx
Awesome clock.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to St Ives but I love Cornwall so much, if I had lots of money I'd buy a cottage there.
Port Isaac & St Agnes are my favourite places in Cornwall but I'm not fussy, I'd live anywhere on the Cornish coast if I was given the opportunity :)
...xXx
